Should CPSR board members be able to endorse on behalf of the organization, provided no one objects within 48 hours of notice?

Any sitting board member may use the CPSR name to endorse activities that (a) don't cost money and (b) are clearly consistent with our mission and general perspective, subject to notification of the board and a comment period of 48 hours or more when others can raise objections, and provided that no objections are raised.
